A deposit is required to hold your date. This deposit will be refundable until two weeks prior to your scheduled date. The deposit for an inshore trip is $200 and an offshore trip is $300. When booking a Canyon trip a $400 deposit is required

Please note that when a mate is on board a tip of 15-20% (of the total cost of the trip) is customary.

WHAT TO BRING

Food and beverage (reasonable amounts of beer are allowed, NO hard liquor please), sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, camera, and foul weather gear. All other gear will be provided.

WEATHER

The captain reserves the right to cancel or downgrade the trip (ex. offshore to inshore) due to bad weather. If a trip is canceled your deposit will be refunded or put toward another day of your choice.

CATCH POLICY

All fish caught on the "Waugh's Up!?" are property of the client. We follow State and Federal size and bag limits. We encourage catch and release.
